Every plan asks the same questions of the same data. Plans differ in how much you can ask each week, which AI models you can choose, and how many questions can run at once.

When the week's allowance runs out

Your allowance starts afresh every week. If you need more before then, buy prepaid credits in packs of $10, $25 or $50: a one-time purchase, not a subscription, available on every plan. Credits are used only once the week's allowance is spent.

A credit costs the same on every plan and goes further on a paid one: 33% more usage on Pro and 66% more usage on Max than on Free. Credits never expire while you keep using them; an unused balance is forfeited after a year with no chats and no purchases.

Questions

How is usage counted?

By the work each answer takes. A question that reads a few rows costs little; one that works through a large data set, or uses a larger AI model, costs more. The Billing page in the app shows how much of this week's allowance is left and when it resets.

Can I cancel or switch plans?

Yes, any time, from Manage billing in the app. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to Free. Credits you have bought stay yours.

Who takes the payment?

Polar, our merchant of record, processes payments and sends receipts and invoices. Prices are in US dollars. All purchases are final, as the Terms of Service explain.
