NLF_ID | Primary key field that is the basis for identifying unique roadway segments in ODOT's graphic roadway network. The attribute is made up of seven components that describe administrative and other characteristics related to a route segment; Positions (1) - Jurisdiction, (2 thru 4) - County Code, (5 thru 6) - Route Type, (7 thru 11) - Route Number, (12) - Extension Code, (13) - Description Code, (14) - Direction Code; For further definitions of codes, please refer to the Roadway Information Manual |

STUDY_COMPLETED_DATE | Date the study of the request was completed |
REASON_FOR_WITHDRAW | Reason for withdrawal of the request |

LATITUDE_NBR | Latitude of begin point in decimal degrees |
LONGITUDE_NBR | Longitude of begin point in decimal degrees |
WESTBOUND_IND | Indicates if school zone is Westbound |
EASTBOUND_IND | Indicates if school zone is Eastbound |
NOTHBOUND_IND | Indicates if school zone is Northbound |
SOUTHBOUND_IND | Indicates if school zone is Southbound |
SCHOOL_NAME | School name associated with the school zone |

FUNCTIONAL_CLASS | The organization of roadways into a hierarchy based on the character of service provided; 1 - Interstate, 2 - Other Freeway or Expressway, 3 - Principal Arterial, 4 - Minor Arterial, 5 - Major Collector, 6 - Minor Collector, 7 - Local |
HPMS_SAMPLE_ID | System used by FHWA to collect roadway data from each state to facilitate consistent reporting on the condition and performance of the nation's highways |
LANES | Number of lanes in both directions carrying through traffic |
MAINTENANCE_AUTHORITY | Entity who maintains roadway section; For code descriptions, please refer to the Roadway Information Manual |
NHS | Indicates if the segment is included in the National Highway System, a federally designated network of roads, most of which already exist, that are eligible for priority federal aid functing; includes the interstate system and major state highways; For code descriptions, please refer to the Roadway Information Manual |
PRIORITY_SYSTEM | Priority system code associated with the section of roadway; G-General, P-Priority System, U-Urban |
SURFACE_TYPE | Type of surface on section on roadway |
SURFACE_WIDTH | The surface width on the right side of the roadway traveling in the cardinal direction. This number indicates only the width of the driving lanes right of centerline |
ESAL_TOTAL | Equivalent single axel load, a concept developed at AASHO Road Test to establish a damage relationship for comparing the effects of axles carrying different loads |
AADT_PASSENGER | Average Annual Daily Passenger Vehicle Traffic (Does not include trucks) |
AADT_TOTAL | Average number of vehicles that pass over point on a daily basis (Includes cars and trucks) |
AADT_BC_TRUCK | Average Annual Truck Traffic (Includes all trucks single units and combination units) |
PAVE_TYPE | Type of Pavement |
PCR_YEAR | Year in which conditions of pavements on road were last collected and processed by the pavement engineering group |
ROADWAY_WIDTH_NBR | The entire width of the roadway, including all driving lanes and shoulders. This number could include some gravel shoulders. Does not include medians |
LEFT_MUNI_NAME | Municipality located to the left of the roadway segment while traveling in the cardinal direction |
RIGHT_MUNI_NAME | Municipality located to the right of the roadway segment while traveling in the cardinal direction |
LEFT_TWP_NAME | Township located to the left of the roadway segment while traveling in the cardinal direction |
RIGHT_TWP_NAME | Township located to the right of the roadway segment while traveling in the cardinal direction |
