Projects in Ohio's Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) at a single location, such as a bridge or culvert. The STIP is the state's federally required four-year program, listing the projects scheduled for some phase of implementation over that period — the step at which a plan becomes a dated commitment to deliver.
